Willie Taggart thinks he will deliver a season that pleases Florida State fans in his first year as the team’s head coach.
Taggart spoke Tuesday at the Tallahassee QB Club and answered questions for about an hour. Though he did not give any specific numbers for wins he would predict, Taggart said the fans would be “happy” with the results of the first season.

The Seminoles went 7-6 last season under Jimbo Fisher, marking their worst record since Bobby Bowden was pushed out in 2009. Beating that record would be a start, but the fans are used to seeing double-digit win seasons. Achieving that would be a challenge.
