Antonio Brown says going to Patriots was ‘God’s plan’
Did Antonio Brown act like a clown with the Oakland Raiders on purpose in order to get them to release him so he could join the New England Patriots? Or did he get lucky the Patriots stepped up with an offer after the Raiders cut ties? That is the question we need to be asking, and Brown seems to suggest it was all part of a master plan.
Shortly after agreeing to a one-year deal with the Patriots worth up to $15 million, Brown posted a graphic on Twitter of him in a Patriots uniform saying “godsplan.”

Brown seemed to have been recruited by Tom Brady several weeks ago, so maybe this is what he wanted all along.

Look at how much he celebrated after learning the Raiders had released him:
Is it possible, just maybe, that Brown did all of this intentionally to get released by the Raiders so he could join the Patriots? Maybe it wasn’t his plan from the start, but once things started going south over the last week, maybe that was Brown’s goal.
