Police were called to Brown’s Hollywood home on Tuesday over an alleged battery complaint. Brown and his trainer allegedly battered a moving truck driver. The trainer, Glenn Holt, was taken into custody following the incident and charged with burglary with battery. Brown was not cooperating with police as of earlier Wednesday, leading to the arrest warrant being issued.

According to TMZ Sports, the moving truck was delivering furniture from California to Brown’s home in Florida. The driver demanded a $4,000 payment upon arrival but Brown would not pay, leading the driver to drive away with the furniture. Brown allegedly threw a rock at the truck, causing damage. The driver returned after being told to by the moving company. The company allegedly spoke with Brown, who agreed to pay the $4,000 fee plus an additional $860 for damages and lost work time. Brown only paid $4,000 when the driver showed up, leading to another argument and to the driver allegedly being assaulted by Brown and Holt. Brown and his associates allegedly began taking the furniture off the truck, even taking some belonging to another client and then damaging it by throwing it back on the truck after being informed it did not belong to them.

Police officers have been called to Brown’s home on at least two occasions this month. Brown broadcast the previous incident on Instagram live and showed himself berating police and cursing in front of his children.

Brown’s agent Drew Rosenhaus and attorney parted ways with the Pro Bowler last week. Brown only played in one game for the New England Patriots last season and is being investigated by the NFL over multiple issues.
