The Arizona Cardinals are reportedly down to three leading candidates for their head coaching vacancy.
The Cardinals are targeting former Atlanta Falcons coach Raheem Morris, Jacksonville Jaguars defensive coordinator Anthony Campanile, and Los Angeles Rams offensive coordinator Mike LaFleur for their head coaching opening, according to Dianna Russini of The Athletic. The team is replacing Jonathan Gannon, who was fired at the end of the season.
Right now the Arizona Cardinals consider Raheem Morris, Anthony Campanile, and Mike LaFleur as their lead candidates, per sources.

Two of Arizona’s three targets have never been head coaches before, suggesting the Cardinals are seeking fresh blood. LaFleur has been a head coach candidate before, while Campanile is a hot candidate this cycle after the Jaguars’ breakout season.
The Cardinals may be prepared to take their time on a hire considering the Rams are still in the playoffs, meaning they will not be able to speak to him in person until Feb. 1 if the team wins in the NFC Championship. That would threaten to drag the process out significantly.
Arizona is coming off a 3-14 campaign. They have not had a winning season since 2021.
