If you want to know how confident Ashton Jeanty is as he gets set to begin his NFL career, look no further than the star running back’s choice of footwear on Thursday night.
Jeanty attended the first round of the NFL Draft in Green Bay, Wisc. The former Boise State star looked extremely dapper in his suit, but there was something a bit different about his feet.
Jeanty wore Crox. He was asked about the interesting wardrobe decision during an interview with ESPN’s Laura Rutledge.
“You know, Crocs with the Swarovski crystals in them … I’m just trying to show you can be comfortable but still look fly as well, you know?” Jeanty said.
"You can be comfortable and still look fly."

As expected, Jeanty was the first running back off the board. The Las Vegas Raiders drafted him with the sixth overall pick.
Jeanty rushed for an FBS-leading 2,601 yards on 374 carries last season. He scored 30 total touchdowns and was a Heisman Trophy finalist. He has also shown that he is a freak athlete despite being just 5-foot-8.
Most fans had the same reaction to Jeanty being drafted by the Raiders. We doubt the Crox are going to change their minds, though they were certainly a unique look.
