While it remains to be seen how physical tools grade out, Baker Mayfield may well be the most confident quarterback in this year’s draft class.
Speaking to reporters at the NFL Combine on Wednesday, Mayfield said that he was firm in his belief that he alone can fix the Cleveland Browns.

Mayfield’s definition of “close” must be a bit loose given that Cleveland is coming off an 0-16 season and haven’t had the chance to upgrade their roster yet. Either way, it remains to be seen how Mayfield’s steady confidence will play among teams looking to draft him. It may have to move the Browns, who reportedly haven’t fallen in love with any of this year’s quarterback class.
