Report: Ben Roethlisberger to miss a few weeks with foot sprain
Ben Roethlisberger suffered a foot injury in the Pittsburgh Steelers’ win over the Oakland Raiders at home on Sunday, and the early word is he is expected to miss a few weeks.
Steelers coach Mike Tomlin said in his postgame press conference that Roethlisberger suffered a foot sprain and would go for an MRI on Monday. ESPN’s Adam Schefter reports that Big Ben is expected to miss a few weeks:
Ben Roethlisberger has a mid-foot sprain and is expected to be sidelined "a few weeks", per source.

Roethlisberger was 24-of-44 for 334 yards, two touchdowns and an interception before leaving with an injury in the fourth quarter. The middle of his foot seemed to get smashed in an awkward way when he was tackled by Aldon Smith:
This was only Roethlisberger’s second game back after he missed four games with a knee injury. Landry Jones replaced him and helped finish off a Steelers victory.
