Bill Belichick was seen cursing at Adam Thielen during Sunday’s game between the New England Patriots and Minnesota Vikings.
The Vikings had a 4th-and-1 at their 38 down 24-10 in the fourth quarter and went for it. They handed the ball off to Latavius Murray, who appeared to be stopped short of the first down marker. The call on the field was that he got a first down, so Belichick decided to challenge.
At the same time, Patriots safety Patrick Chung was down on the field with injury, and Thielen seemed to be complaining about Chung being down, preventing the Vikings from snapping the ball to keep the Patriots from challenging.
That’s why Belichick told Thielen to “shut the f— up.”

The call on the field was upheld, so Belichick ended up losing his challenge. The Vikings still ended up turning the ball over on downs to end the possession anyhow and lost 24-10.
