Brandon Beane thinks Dave Gettleman is fooling the media
Is New York Giants general manager Dave Gettleman fooling the media? One of his former assistants sure thinks so.
Gettleman was recently photographed working from his home office ahead of the NFL Draft, and many found the blandness and sterility of his workspace hilarious and odd.

Buffalo Bills general manager Brandon Beane, who spent two years as Gettleman’s assistant GM in Carolina, thinks the Giants GM is fooling everyone.
“Can’t trust him. Dave’s smart, man. He’s throwing all the curve balls out there,” Beane told “Pardon My Take,” via Dan Benton of GiantsWire. “He’s actually pretty tech savvy. Don’t let him fool you in all seriousness.”
Is Gettleman playing three-dimensional chess with everyone? Well, maybe, or maybe not. Beane seems convinced, though he may be a biased observer here. Whatever the case, Gettleman definitely has his share of critics, so if he wants to come off looking inept, he’s succeeding with some people.
