Chad Johnson justifies cheating on Evelyn Lozada: Martin Luther King Jr. was hoein’

Chad-Johnson-mugshotNow that Chad Johnson officially has a job with the Canadian Football League, he can get back to sounding like an idiot and not having much to worry about. For the most part, that’s exactly what he did during a recent interview with “NiteCap” creator and host Peter Bailey.

Much of the conversation centered around Chad’s decision to cheat on his ex-wife Evelyn Lozada. Both Johnson and Bailey concluded that “men love sex,” which is why they have a tendency to get into trouble. Johnson had this to say about not being faithful to Lozada.

“Nobody said it had to be the way it is,” Johnson said, via theGrio. “We all trying to follow rules, somebody made those rules up. Nobody said you had to be with one woman. Nobody said that.”

But the real reason Johnson believes it was understandable that he cheated is because Martin Luther King Jr. allegedly did the same. Bailey noted how Johnson wouldn’t be sitting in his big house if not for Dr. King’s work.

“What was Dr. King doing behind the closed doors?” Johnson asked. “Don’t sugarcoat it.”

“It’s been documented the man had infidelity issues,” Bailey responded.

“You don’t want to say hoein’?” Johnson asked. “Why don’t you just say hoein’?”

So there you have it. Chad Johnson and the Reverend Martin Luther King Jr. aren’t all that different from one another, after all.
