Report: CJ Anderson expected to miss multiple weeks with knee injury
The CJ Anderson Resurgence Tour Bus just caught a flat tire.
According to a report by Mike Garafolo of NFL Network, Anderson is expected to miss at least a few weeks with a knee injury and will get a second opinion on Wednesday to see if he’ll be out longer than that.

Ian Rapoport, also of NFL Network, adds that the injury to Anderson’s knee is a bone bruise.

After a disappointing 2015 campaign, Anderson, the 25-year-old Denver Broncos running back, had been working his way back to respectability with 437 rushing yards and four touchdowns through seven games in 2016.
The Broncos bet on Anderson when they matched the four-year, $18 million offer sheet he signed with the Dolphins over the offseason, but now they will have to rely on rookie Devontae Booker to be their lead back with Kapri Bibbs working behind him. Denver plays San Diego, Oakland, and New Orleans (three average to below-average run defenses) in the next three weeks before heading into their bye in Week 11.
