Dalvin Cook ruled out Monday night vs. Packers
The Minnesota Vikings will play their huge Monday night game without the aid of their star running back.
The Vikings officially ruled Dalvin Cook out for Monday’s game against the Green Bay Packers, while backup Alexander Mattison is questionable.

The injury could scarcely come at a worse time for the Vikings. Cook suffered the shoulder injury last week against the Chargers, and initial optimism that he’d be able to play through it has given way to reality. That it leads to him missing a game against the Green Bay Packers that could decide the NFC North just makes it worse.
Cook has 1,135 yards and 13 touchdowns on the season. Minnesota will be missing a huge part of their offense without him.
