Dez Bryant never got to play a game with the New Orleans Saints this season after he suffered a torn Achilles in his first practice with the team, but his new teammates clearly have a great deal of respect for him.
On Sunday, two Saints players — running backs Mark Ingram and Alvin Kamara — paid tribute to Bryant after scoring touchdowns by doing Dez’s patented “throw up the X” celebration.

Bryant took note of the celebrations and expressed his gratitude on Twitter during the game:

Bryant’s injury has the potential to be a career-ender given his age and situation, but he made it clear this week that he is not going to let it get him down. Watching teammates he never actually got a chance to play alongside show that kind of support for him had to feel pretty good.
