This will be Osweiler’s second consecutive start in place of Tannehill after leading Miami to an overtime win over Chicago last week. The regular starter is considered day-to-day and it doesn’t sound like he’s primed to miss much more time, but he just won’t be ready for Sunday on account of an injured shoulder.
Tannehill got off to a hot start in 2018 but leveled off after that. In five games, he’s thrown for 972 yards, eight touchdowns, and five interceptions.
