Washington Redskins quarterback Dwayne Haskins appeared to suffer a noteworthy injury at the start of the second half against the New York Giants.
Haskins’ lower body appeared to get twisted as he was hauled down, and there were suggestions that it was an ankle injury. He limped off the field under his own power, but ultimately got on the cart and was taken to the locker room. The team announced he was questionable to return.

Haskins was replaced by backup Case Keenum. He had been off to a good start, going 12-of-15 for 133 yards and two touchdowns.
The Redskins are out of it, so unless Haskins’ injury is extremely serious, there should be no long-term impacts here. It is, however, never great to see a young quarterback go down with an injury of any sort.
