Earl Thomas hopes to eventually retire a Seahawk
It’s safe to say the latter portion of Earl Thomas’s career with the Seattle Seahawks was a bumpy one, but there are no hard feelings from the player’s side.
Thomas told The Rich Eisen Show on Wednesday that he hopes to retire a Seahawk and have his number retired with the organization.
"I envision one day retiring as a Seahawk. I would never burn a bridge there. I still love my teammates. Hopefully they'll hang my jersey in the rafters." –@Earl_Thomas, looking down his football road @Seahawks

Thomas infamously ended his Seattle career by flipping off the sideline while being carted off with a broken bone in his left leg. That came on the heels of some contentious contract negotiations. Thomas seems willing to let bygones be bygones, especially now that he’s with Baltimore, but it remains to be seen if Seattle feels the same way.
