Hunter Renfrow credits mom’s bad passes for his catching ability
Hunter Renfrow, the former Clemson wide receiver who somehow ended up with the Raiders instead of the New England Patriots, offered up some unique thoughts when asked about his great hands. He credited his mom. Well, if it counts as crediting someone when you say they are bad at something.

This, by the way, is my philosophy when I throw batting practice to the kids. If you can hit the junk I am throwing, you can hit anything.
This is a nice little early Mother’s Day gift from Renfrow. By the way, props if you looked at that picture of Renfrow in the above tweet and thought he was a NFL wide receiver, so mom did a pretty good job I’d say. She also prepared him perfectly to transition into the Raiders offense and try to catch passes from an under-pressure Derek Carr.
