Jackson Mahomes called out for scamming small business

Jackson Mahomes poses in Miami

Patrick Mahomes’ younger brother Jackson is once again generating headlines for the wrong reasons.

Sam Farha, the owner of a company called Rare Munchiez, took to social media this week to share a troubling exchange he had with Mahomes. Farha shared screenshots of direct messages that appear to show Jackson reached out to him in January complimenting his product and asking for a care package. Farha had no problem sending Mahomes some items from Rare Munchiez, which is an exotic snack and drink company. Farha just asked that Mahomes promote the product on Instagram to his more than 250,000 followers.

Mahomes agreed, but Farha says he never followed through. Farha explains what happened in the video below:

Farha told TMZ that Mahomes eventually responded after Farha made the TikTok video. He claimed he never received the package, which Farha does not believe.

“It’s not like he wasn’t seeing our messages,” Farha said. “He was opening them every time I sent a message. He looked at all my DMs for 2 weeks straight. … My message for him is to basically stop taking advantage of clout, trying to scam small businesses because that’s just not how the world works.”

This certainly is not the first time Mahomes has been accused of trying to ride his brother’s coattails. He was absolutely roasted a few months ago for trying to use his name to get special treatment at a Kansas City bar.
