Jalen Hurts had the perfect line after his press conference was interrupted

Jalen Hurts after his phone went off

Philadelphia Eagles quarterback Jalen Hurts finally got to address some of his critics on Sunday after a big win over the Minnesota Vikings, and he was definitely in good spirits after the game.

Hurts threw for 326 yards and three touchdowns in Sunday’s 28-22 win over Minnesota at U.S. Bank Stadium in Minnesapolis, Minn. It marked the best game of the season for both Hurts and the team’s much-maligned offense.

After the game, Hurts was fielding questions from the media when his phone went off. He quickly went to silence it, but got a good one-liner in as he did.

“When you win, everybody wants to call you,” Hurts cracked.

Hurts has not exactly had a lot of moments like this so far this season. Even his own teammates have called him out at times as the Philadelphia offense has scuffled for the last several weeks.

Hurts is known for staying pretty level and never getting too up or too down. Still, there was no way he could resist the little crack when the opportunity presented itself.
