Jay Cutler and wife Kristin Cavallari are getting a divorce, and things are starting to get ugly as they sort through things.
According to TMZ Sports, Cavallari had a legal filing on Wednesday in which she accused Cutler of refusing to leave their home and blocking her from getting funds to buy her own place.
The report states that Cavallari went looking for a home last fall but called it off when they decided to give the marriage a last chance. Unfortunately things did not work out with their marriage, and now she says Cutler will not give her the money for a new home. The two have three children together and are also trying to work on a custody agreement.
Cutler and Cavallari have been married for seven years and were together for for 10 years. They had some relationship problems early on when they called off their engagement, but they sorted out matters and got married. Unfortunately they are now getting a divorce and going through the ugly fighting that is all too common with these proceedings.
