Jerry Jones has hilarious response to question about College Football Playoff
Jerry Jones is rarely shy when asked for his opinion on a controversial topic, but the Dallas Cowboys owner wants nothing to do with the College Football Playoff discussion.
During his Tuesday appearance on 105.3 The Fan, Jones was asked if he has any thoughts on Florida State going undefeated, winning the ACC and still being left out of the College Football Playoff. The 81-year-old had a hilarious way of saying he does not want to get involved in the debate.
Cowboys owner Jerry Jones to @1053thefan when asked if he had an opinion on if the College Football Playoff Committee got it right or wrong: “I wouldn’t touch that with yours.”

“I wouldn’t touch that with yours,” Jones replied.
Those of you who do not get the joke can Google it, but let’s just say it is classic Jerry. The quote is along the same lines as the one Jones recently delivered about his desire to win another Super Bowl.
Florida State is the first ever undefeated Power Five conference champion to be excluded from the College Football Playoff. Everyone associated with the program is understandably irate. Head coach Mike Norvell unloaded on the CFP Selection Committee over the decision.
Others feel that the committee got it right, as Florida State starting quarterback Jordan Travis is out for the season. Alabama, which was chosen at the No. 4 seed, probably has a better team right now.
How does Jones feel about it? We may never know.
