The Indianapolis Colts on Monday revealed how the organization will operate at the top following the death of owner Jim Irsay.

In an unusual arrangement, all three of Irsay’s daughters will assume the title of “owner,” but will have very different responsibilities. Carlie Irsay-Gordon, his eldest daughter, will be the team’s CEO and essentially serve as principal owner.

Casey Foyt will receive the title of owner and executive vice president, while Kalen Jackson will serve as Chief Brand Officer and president of the team’s charitable foundation.

“I want them to be who they are,” Irsay had said of his daughters. “They’ve known this league since they were in their cribs. They’re intelligent. They’re good listeners. They’re motivated. It’s truly a blessing, and rare that it works out this well.”

Irsay died suddenly on May 21. The Colts have already announced plans to honor him during the 2025 season.
