JJ Watt suffered broken hand in practice, will still play
Houston Texans defensive end J.J. Watt suffered a broken hand during practice Wednesday, but he will still play against the New England Patriots Sunday night.
Watt told reporters on Thursday that he does not expect the injury to affect him at all.

While he did not have much success against the Buffalo Bills last weekend thanks in part to an incredibly intense gameplan, Watt has been playing his best football of the season over the past several weeks. He probably won’t be catching anymore bonus touchdowns in the red zone, but he should still be able to have an effect on the game. JJ Watt with a broken hand is probably better than 75 percent of the defensive linemen in the NFL.
