Jordan Love provides update on his Week 9 status
Green Bay Packers quarterback Jordan Love offered some encouragement as to whether he will be able to play in Sunday’s crucial Week 9 game against the Detroit Lions.
Love left the team’s Week 8 game with a groin injury and did not practice Wednesday. However, he did tell reporters that he thinks it is “realistic” that he could be ready to go against the Lions.
“I think every day there will be some improvements to it, but definitely feels better than it did on Sunday,” Love added.
Jordan Love said his groin is definitely feeling better.

After the game, Love was characterized as day-to-day. It does not appear that he has suffered any setbacks, and he is clearly aiming to suit up on Sunday.
Though Love has been banged up at times this year, he has been highly effective when playing. He has tallied 1,547 passing yards and 15 touchdowns in six games, but has been plagued by interceptions, with a league-worst nine.
