Le’Veon Bell already looking ahead to rematch with Patriots

Le'Veon Bell

Le’Veon Bell is not following the cliche of “take ’em one game at a time.”

The Pittsburgh Steelers running back sent the following tweet after the New England Patriots beat the Tennessee Titans 35-14 on Saturday night:

I love round 2’s…we’ll have two round 2’s in back to back weeks…

— Le'Veon Bell (@L_Bell26) January 14, 2018

Bell’s Steelers got creamed by the Jaguars in Week 5 of the regular season. Sunday’s AFC divisional playoff game between the teams will be a rematch, and clearly Bell is expecting to beat Jacksonville this time around. If they win, they’ll face the Patriots in the AFC championship game. That would be a rematch of an awesome Week 15 game between the teams that New England narrowly won.

Some might say that Bell is getting ahead of himself and overlooking the Jaguars. Maybe this is the fuel the Jags need to overcome Pittsburgh, just like Philly was motivated by being overlooked.
