Marcus Vick seemingly takes a shot at Andy Reid on Twitter

Marcus Vick may be criticizing the Philadelphia Eagles again on Twitter, only this time he made more of an effort to mask his insult. Philadelphia’s record fell to 3-7 on Sunday at the hands of the Washington Redskins, and quarterback Michael Vick missed the game with a concussion. As a result of the embarrassing loss, Andy Reid’s seat is hotter than ever.

Reid has had to answer questions about whether or not he feels he is about to lose his job or if he would consider resigning. He’s also had to defend himself for playing LeSean McCoy in the fourth quarter of a blowout, since McCoy suffered a concussion with under two minutes to play and the Eagles trailing by 25 points. Michael Vick’s younger brother Marcus tweeted the following on Monday morning:

Marcus went off on the Eagles on Twitter a couple weeks ago, which resulted in Michael apologizing on behalf of his brother and assuring fans and reporters that it would not happen again. The “fat boy” comment didn’t mention the Reid or the Eagles specifically, but I’d be shocked if that’s not what Marcus was referring to.

In the meantime, Nick Foles did not look NFL-ready in his first start against the Redskins. Michael Vick is believed to have suffered a “significant concussion” last weekend, but the Eagles have not ruled out his return for Monday night’s game against the Panthers.

H/T Game On!
