Miko Grimes does not believe she was the reason the Miami Dolphins released her husband, and nothing the team’s owner says is going to change her mind.
At the NFL owners meetings on Tuesday, Dolphins owner Stephen Ross openly admitted that he thought it was in the best interests of the franchise to move on from both Brent Grimes and his wife. Miko later took to Twitter to rip Ross.
trust me Steven Ross isnt disrespecting me. he knows better. let him get thru his interview yall, he doesnt have a clue in real life.

That should be good.
There have been reports that the Dolphins asked Grimes to take a pay cut and he refused, which is why they ultimately cut him. However, they may have asked him to take a pay cut because it wasn’t worth dealing with him at his current salary given how awkward Miko was making things in the locker room.
If you saw the series of tweets Miko sent threatening a Dolphins reporter, you’d understand why Ross said the things he did. Miko can deny her involvement all she wants, but there’s no question her antics made Brent easier to move on from.
