The final unsigned NFL Draft selection finally has a contract.

Running back Quinshon Judkins has signed a deal with the Cleveland Browns, the team announced Saturday. According to ESPN’s Adam Schefter, it is a 4-year, $11.4 million deal that is fully guaranteed.

Judkins was the No. 36 overall pick, and the Browns had high expectations for him. Those hopes were put on hold when Judkins faced a police investigation for an alleged incident with his girlfriend. Ultimately, Judkins was not charged, but his legal troubles still meant he played no part in training camp or any of the team’s preseason games.

Judkins will not be active on Sunday, as the NFL granted the Browns a two-game roster exemption as they get him up to speed.

There is no guarantee that Judkins will make his debut as early as Week 3. The league could still discipline him under the Personal Conduct Policy, which was a factor in the long delay in getting his contract sorted out.

Judkins played for Ohio State last year and was a part of the team’s national title win. He rushed for 3,785 yards and 45 touchdowns during his college career, including a career-high 1,567 yards and 16 touchdowns as a freshman with Ole Miss in 2022.
