Rashaad Penny out for game with knee injury

Rashaad Penny

Rashaad Penny was knocked out of Sunday night’s Seattle Seahawks game at the Los Angeles Rams with a knee injury.

Penny took a screen pass early in the first quarter and was tackled after a gain of 16. He appeared to step awkwardly on his left leg as he was being brought down.

Penny was down on the field after injuring his knee and headed into the medical tent. He then was shown going into the locker room, and the Seahawks later announced Penny was out for the game.

That was Penny’s first touch of the game, and it came on Seattle’s opening possession.

Penny had been coming on strong for Seattle. He had touchdown runs in consecutive games and even caught a touchdown pass against Minnesota as well.
