The Denver Broncos could be making a late addition to their defensive backfield, as they are reportedly leaning toward signing veteran cornerback Adam Jones.
Ian Rapoport of NFL Media reported on Sunday that the Broncos hosted Jones for a visit and are expected to sign the 34-year-old.
The #Broncos worked out former #Bengals CB Adam “Pac Man” Jones this morning and all signs point to him signing, sources say.

Jones has had numerous off-field issues throughout his career, but he was a reliable player with the Bengals over the past eight seasons. The Broncos still have one of the best cornerbacks in the league in Chris Harris, but they lost Aqib Talib this offseason and could use the depth.
While signing Jones is always a risk, the latest piece of trouble he found himself in off the field did not appear to be his fault.
