Ryan Tannehill likely to play Sunday despite ankle injury
Miami Dolphins quarterback Ryan Tannehill tweaked his ankle during Sunday’s game against the New England Patriots, but should be good to go for Week 15.
Dolphins coach Adam Gase said Wednesday that Tannehill is moving fine and will be ready to go against the Minnesota Vikings unless something changes significantly.
Ryan Tannehill moved around well. Adam Gase says he’ll play Sunday, barring something crazy.

There were some initial fears that Tannehill would be limited for Sunday’s game, but Gase and the Dolphins appear quite eager to downplay that. Whether or not he’s the Dolphins’ long-term solution — and there has been plenty of speculation that he isn’t — it’s clear he’s the best they’ve got right now, and their best chance to win a big game against Minnesota.
