Kendricks pleaded guilty to insider trading charges before the season began and was released by the Browns. Cleveland says that Kendrick misled them when they signed him over the offseason.
Seattle was desperate for defensive help and signed Kendricks, who suited up in three of the team’s games while he awaited the results of his appeal with the NFL. He has now been suspended for violating the league’s personal conduct policy, an outcome with the Seahawks knew all along would be a possibility.
Kendricks had 15 tackles and two sacks in three games with the Seahawks.
