Seattle Seahawks wide receiver Doug Baldwin says he expects to play in Week 4 despite a groin injury suffered in Week 3.
Baldwin had 10 catches for 105 yards and a touchdown in Seattle’s 33-27 loss to Tennessee on Sunday. He left the game with a groin injury.
Baldwin on Tuesday told KJR’s Ian Furness that he expects to play Sunday night against the Indianapolis Colts.
“I don’t think it’s that serious,” Baldwin said of his groin injury. “I think that we definitely took the right steps. It had the potential to be serious, and we all felt like it was important that I make sure that I’m good for the long term and not just the short term.”
Baldwin has 20 catches for 212 yards and a touchdown this season. He leads the team in receptions and receiving yards.
