Shedeur Sanders has lined up one final chance to impress a team picking in the top three of the upcoming 2025 NFL Draft.
On Monday, ESPN’s Adam Schefter reported that Sanders will hold “one last private workout” for a contingent of officials from the New York Giants. The workout is expected to be held in Boulder, Colo.

The 23-year-old quarterback has been linked to the Giants, for months.
The Giants, who hold the third overall pick in the draft, have been tied to Sanders for weeks. Shedeur’s father, Deion Sanders, has had to deny multiple rumors linking his son to Big Blue.
However, Shedeur’s stock has plummeted as of late. The Buffaloes quarterback was once seen as a contender to go first overall. Now, some NFL mock drafts have predicted that two QBs may be taken ahead of Shedeur later this month. There has even been some buzz that Shedeur could fall out of the first round entirely. The 23-year-old has opted not to attend the draft in person.
The Giants also added veterans Russell Wilson and Jameis Winston to their QB room, with the former likely to be the team’s Week 1 starter. But reports following the Wilson signing hinted that the Giants are still interested in a quarterback in the draft.
If Shedeur has a truly impressive workout, he could still end up as a top-3 pick after all.
