Tevin Coleman was carted off the field during the second quarter of Sunday’s NFC Championship Game with an apparent right hand or arm injury.

Coleman rushed for four yards on a first-and-10 carry with his team up 10-0 and inside the red zone. Coleman used his right arm to try keeping himself from going to the ground as he finished the run but was in pain.

Coleman was down on the field and after getting up, he was taken away on a cart.

Coleman had six carries for 21 yards before exiting. Raheem Mostert rushed for a nine-yard touchdown immediately after Coleman exited to put San Francisco up 17-0 on Green Bay.
