Johnny Manziel is struggling with some serious off-field issues, and Arizona Cardinals defensive back Tyrann Mathieu is willing to help him battle through them.
Mathieu slipped to the third round of the NFL Draft in 2013 after he was kicked off the LSU football team for reportedly failing multiple drug tests. He spent some time in rehab while missing an entire season.
On Friday, Mathieu offered to help Manziel:

Manziel insists he is “completely stable” in the wake of some disturbing domestic abuse allegations his ex-girlfriend made against him. However, all signs point to that being very far from the truth. His agent announced on Friday morning that he is parting ways with the Browns quarterback, and Manziel’s father says he fears for Johnny’s life.
Mathieu’s 2015 season came to a disappointing end when he tore his ACL, but he made the Pro Bowl for the first time and was the anchor of an excellent Cardinals secondary. Manziel should take him up on the offer.
