Vikings RB Dalvin Cook reportedly hurts elbow against Bears
The status of Dalvin Cook’s elbow is something to watch moving forward.
Late in the Minnesota Vikings’ 16-6 loss to the Chicago Bears on Sunday, CBS reporter Tracy Wolfson reported that Cook appeared to have hurt his elbow. Wolfson’s report came after Cook was tackled on a third down reception in the fourth quarter.
“He was looking at his right elbow and he seemed to be in a lot of pain,” Wolfson said of Cook. She described Cook’s elbow as something to watch.
Cook remained in the game and scored a touchdown on the next possession. The third-year back rushed for 35 yards and a touchdown on 14 carries. He also had 35 receiving yards on six catches.
Cook has now scored in four straight games, but this was the first time all season he failed to rush for at least 100 yards in a game.
