Tennessee Titans quarterback Will Levis left the field early Monday night during his team’s Week 4 contest against the Miami Dolphins at Hard Rock Stadium in Miami Gardens, Fla.
On Tennessee’s second drive of the game, the Titans had 3rd-and-4 at their own 42. The second-year QB Levis scrambled right and ended up diving awkwardly out of bounds to try to extend for a first down. He ended up a yard short.
Levis hurt his shoulder as he landed and was later seen entering the blue medical tent. Veteran backup Mason Rudolph replaced Levis in what was then a scoreless ballgame.

The Titans QB had a nightmarish start to Monday’s contest. Levis threw his sixth interception of the season on the game’s opening drive. The Kentucky alum threw only four interceptions across nine games last season.

Dolphins linebacker Emmanuel Ogbah ended up securing the pick in between his legs.
Levis was 3/4 for 25 yards with 1 interception before his injury.
Perhaps Levis’ disastrous Week 1 performance was a sign of things to come. Levis’ choke job to open the season had even Bill Belichick roasting him on live TV.
