Lil Wayne’s son, Dwyne Carter, went viral over the weekend after he made his debut for Gainesville High School.
As it turns out, the 17-year-old son of the famous rapper already has an offer from one Division 1 program. Deion Sanders and the Colorado Buffaloes extended an offer to Carter in June.

Lil Wayne’s son previously played at North Atlanta High School, and he was on the JV team last season. However, he transferred to Gainesville and he got off to a strong start with his new school.
Buford ended up getting the 39-19 win over Gainesville, although Carter made national headlines with a pair of field goals, and it will be something to watch this season.
Gainesville next plays against McEachern on September 11 in a battle of top-15 teams in the state of Georgia.
