UFC fighter Derrick Lewis helping victims of Houston hurricane
UFC heavyweight Derrick Lewis grew up in New Orleans and lives in Houston, so the 32-year-old is all too familiar with the devastation a major hurricane can cause. That probably has a lot to do with why he is going out of his way to help the victims of Hurricane Harvey.
On Monday, Lewis shared some photos and videos on social media that show the unfathomable flooding in Texas. The MMA fighter drives a very large truck, so he has been doing what he can to help others.

Lewis may be known for the comments he made about Ronda Rousey after he defeated her boyfriend in the Octagon, but Kudos to him for his generosity. Thousands of people have lost everything they own and others have lost their lives. It will take an army of people like Lewis to help Houston and the surrounding areas get back on their feet.
