Mirai Nagasu was so pumped after nailing triple axel
Mirai Nagasu made history at the Olympics in PyeongChang by becoming the first American woman to land a triple axel in the Olympics. Nagasu landed the difficult move about 20 seconds into the women’s team free skate and racked up a personal best score of 137.53, setting the tone for the American team.
Few things can top Nagasu’s triple axel, but we loved how hyped she was in her celebration.

The 24-year-old was so fired up, just as she should have been. She is only the third woman to land a triple axel in the Olympics.
