After another winning week (9-7) against the spread, Del has established a bit of a rhythm as we head into the final stretch of the season. We still need to pick it up with locks of the week, which were 1-1 last week. Del is well above the 50-percent mark with overall ATS picks on the year, but we’d love to get the locks in the green by the end of the season.
Now is the time where we have to start really paying attention to teams that are fighting for playoff spots or packing it in. Believe it or not, there are only five games remaining in the regular season. Good luck in Week 13, everyone.
(ATS = Against the Spread, SU = Straight Up)

The Bengals were good to Del last week with a 31-7 blowout over the Rams, and we see no reason not to roll with them again in Week 13. Did Austin Davis look impressive in leading the Browns back against the Ravens? Sure. Was he a third-string quarterback less than two weeks ago for a reason? You bet. Cincinnati looked great on defense against St. Louis, and there’s no reason that should change against Davis and Cleveland’s nonexistent run game. Jeremy Hill is finally starting to show some explosiveness and Andy Dalton continues to limit mistakes. Looks for the Bengals to keep it rolling with another easy win.
Some other notes: The Bucs and Falcons both need a win to remain in the playoff hunt, but the two teams could be in different places mentally. Atlanta started out hot before falling apart. Tampa Bay has had some growing pains, but the Bucs have to be loving the direction they’re headed with Jameis Winston. I think they get it done at home.
I’m tempted to take the 10 points with the Eagles considering how banged up New England is on offense, but I just can’t justify picking them with the way they have looked the past two weeks. The absence of Rob Gronkowski will be a massive obstacle, but the Patriots have to be motivated coming off a heartbreaking loss — their first of the season. Expect a blowout in Foxboro.
