Alex Morgan breaks out ‘sipping tea’ celebration after goal against England
Alex Morgan scored her sixth goal of the Women’s World Cup during Tuesday’s semifinal match against England, and the celebration she busted out was clearly something she came up with in advance.
Following her beautiful header in the 31st minute, Morgan pretended she was sipping on a cup of tea.

Clever.
As a sidenote, Morgan also became the first player in Women’s World Cup history to score on her birthday. Here’s a video of the goal:

Morgan’s goal gave the US a 2-1 lead. The first, which was scored by Christen Press, was equally as impressive.
