Report: Ronda Rousey will disappear after WrestleMania

Ronda Rousey WWE

Ronda Rousey reached the pinnacle in MMA, becoming a world champion in her weight class. She competed in the Olympics in judo, winning a bronze medal. And on Sunday night, Rousey competed in the main event at WrestleMania — the WWE’s premier event. The 32-year-old has done so much in her career and does not have many more “firsts” to achieve. She seems to recognize that and may be planning to drop off the grid after WrestleMania 35.

Jeremy Botter, an MMA reporter, said on Twitter Sunday night that Rousey is planning to disappear from public life after WrestleMania.

This isn’t the first time we’ve heard similar talk. Back in January, there were reports saying she would be leaving the WWE after WrestleMania. The thinking is that she would want to try and start a family with husband Travis Browne.

Rousey is reportedly signed with the WWE through 2021, though that wouldn’t necessarily stop her from walking away if that’s what she desires.
