Just how crazy is Riley Curry mania in the Bay Area? So crazy that bootleggers are selling T-shirts featuring her face and quotes.
SI’s Ben Golliver tweeted the above photo that shows some T-shirts being sold by bootleggers in Oakland for $15 apiece. All the shirts revolve around the Warriors and their run to the NBA Finals, but they also have quite a few shirts featuring an image of Riley Curry sitting with her dad, MVP Stephen Curry, at the podium. They also are featuring her fantastic quote, “That’s too loud, daddy.”
Riley became a big hit after appearing at the podium with her dad following Game 1 of the Western Conference Finals, though there were some reporters who were not happy about it. Many more love her and thought she was hilarious, and they loved what she did after Game 5 too.
