Zach LaVine has been one of the fastest-rising prospects in the NBA Draft, and the former UCLA Bruins guard seemingly already knows where he is going.
HoopsWorld’s Alex Kennedy reports that LaVine has a promise from the Minnesota Timberwolves that they will take him at No. 13.
LaVine is a talented player who did well in his workouts, but he didn’t get a lot of experience at UCLA in his only season and should have returned for at least another go round in college to develop. I don’t think he’ll be able to make an impact or have a lengthy career. It seems like Minnesota feels differently.
