Rumors have been circulating the past 24 hours about Braxton Miller potentially transferring to Alabama, and there is additional information supporting that rumor.
Over the past few days, radio host/SEC media personality Paul Finebaum has reported that there is a chance Miller transfers to Bama. Ray Glier, author of “How the SEC became Goliath” and a self-proclaimed Atlanta-based journalist, tweeted Wednesday that Miller has been to Bama three times.

Miller was Ohio State’s starting quarterback in 2012 and 2013 (and part of his freshman season in 2011) and was a Heisman Trophy candidate entering his senior season, which he missed due to a shoulder injury. He is competing with J.T. Barrett and Cardale Jones for the Buckeyes’ starting QB job next season in one of the toughest position battles we’ve ever seen.
This offseason there have been rumors about Miller transferring to Oregon, Florida State, and even LSU. When there’s that much smoke, there’s usually fire. And when Nick Saban doesn’t shoot down a rumor like he didn’t with Miller, that tells me he might want the QB.
