Brandon Underwood Investigated for Sexual Assault in Threesome?

In an NFL offseason packed with stories about the Ben Roethlisberger rape case, another sexual assault case was probably the last thing Commissioner Roger Goodell wanted to see. His weekend and the Packers’ weekend was disturbed at the same time that Clay Matthews’ golf tournament was being held in Wisconsin Dells. Six players in town for the charity tournament were interviewed by police and released while a seventh was investigated for sexual assault. According to the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel, the player is second-year corner back Brandon Underwood.

Underwood reportedly said the sex that occurred between him and the women in question was consensual. The women accusing him of the crime are saying the sex was not consensual. I’m just trying to figure out who this man could have possibly arranged a non-consensual threesome, unless the events were separate, which seems equally difficult to believe. Obviously we’re waiting on much more information to be released but adding these few details up makes it hard for me to believe a threesome was not consensual, if that’s indeed what occurred.
