If Johnny Manziel was in Las Vegas on Saturday night as many reports have said, then he didn’t get there without picking up a ticket on the road earlier in the day.
WOIO-TV’s Scott Taylor reported on Wednesday that Manziel was cited for expired plates on Saturday morning at 8:28 a.m.

The citation occurred in North Olmstead, nearby Cleveland Hopkins International Airport and the Browns’ facility in Berea. Manziel was said to have been at the facility early Saturday.
The citation isn’t a big deal — Manziel can pay $125 to cover the fine — but this proves the quarterback was in the Cleveland area Saturday morning. Now where was Manziel Saturday night? That’s a question only Billy Manziel can answer.
