Julian Edelman wears 2Pac middle fingers shirt (Video)

Julian Edelman on Monday wore a T-shirt featuring Tupac Shakur flipping a double bird, but he sort of forgot about that when it was time for his media interviews and had to apologize.

Edelman’s shirt said “trust nobody” on it, which was a reference to the deflating balls investigation. Once Edelman realized what shirt he had on, he was embarrassed and put on a coat and used a folder to block the middle fingers.

He also then asked the media why they didn’t remind him about the shirt. We’re guessing they figured he was trying to make a statement.

Edelman’s interview was shown on NBC Nightly News before the wide receiver censored his shirt:

NBC later apologized for letting the offensive shirt be shown on TV.

We inadvertently showed an offensive image on a t-shirt during one of our reports tonight. We apologize to our viewers. #NBCNightlyNews

Between Edelman’s shirt on Monday and what happened in the UFC Sunday, that makes it two middle fingers in a day. Not bad for the sports world.
